    Yes, we require a minimum order of £20 for home delivery. Orders below this can still be placed for click-and-collect from one of our stores in the Lissco Group.

    Yes, you can modify or cancel your order up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Log into your account to make changes, or contact our customer service for assistance with cancellations.
  • How do I pay for my online order?
    We accept various payment methods, including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. Payment can be made securely online during checkout.
  • Are there any age restrictions on products?
    Yes, we comply with UK laws regarding the sale of age-restricted products like alcohol and tobacco. If your order includes age-restricted items, the driver will request valid ID upon delivery to verify your age.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Delivery charges vary depending on your location and time slot. Standard delivery is £3.50, but we offer free delivery on orders over £50.
  • How does online shopping with Lissco Group work?
    Shopping online with Lissco Group is easy! Simply visit our website, browse through our wide selection of groceries and household items, add products to your cart, and check out. We offer delivery to your doorstep or click-and-collect from any of our stores, including Lissco Ltd, Irving Stores Ltd, Carey Stores Ltd, Swanlocal Ltd, and Maybush Stores. You can find the nearest store in the "Locations" section of our website.
  • What are your delivery times?
    We offer delivery slots from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. You can select a time that suits you during checkout.
  • What if I’m not home during the delivery?
    If you’re not home during the delivery, the driver will leave your order with a neighbor (if pre-approved) or return it to the store. We can reschedule a delivery, though additional charges may apply. If you’re not satisfied with a product, you can return it to the driver immediately. A credit will be processed for returned items. However, if the product is not in its original resealable condition, it cannot be returned.
  • Can I return products purchased online?
    Yes, if you're not satisfied with any item, it can be returned to the driver immediately or at your nearest Lissco Group store. However, perishable items must be returned within 24 hours of delivery. Non-resealable products are not eligible for return.
  • How do I join the Lissco Group loyalty program?
    Creating an account on our website automatically enrolls you in our loyalty program. Each purchase earns you points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
  • Do you offer eco-friendly shopping options?
